This study is currently under development.
We are currently running a scoping exercise to establish the numbers of patients admitted to hospital with acute sigmoid volvulus. If you would like for your hospital to be involved, please contact asv@ncepod.org.uk.
We are also looking to recruit patients or carers/ family members of patients with acute sigmoid volvulus, to help us with the design of the study. If you are interested, please contact asv@ncepod.org.uk
