Survey of clinicians' attitudes towards resuscitation

The National Confidential Enquiring into Patient Outcome and Death (NCEPOD) is undertaking a study into procedures following cardiac arrest in hospital.

One of this studys' objectives is to “Determine professional attitudes towards, and perceptions of, resuscitation”. With this aim, the following short online survey consists of descriptions of 5 patient case-studies (detailing both the admission and progress of each patient) followed by a series of questions relating to the resuscitation status in each case.

Please note your grade and specialty before completing the survey. Please note that this survey was included in the clinician questionnaire for this study so please only complete it if you have not already done so on a paper copy.

Many thanks for your help in this important work.
